‘I’m probably not eating right, oh – it’s probably because I work late every day this week, oh – I’m going through some challenges. I’ll skip the fitness class tonight, I’ll eat a salad for dinner, I’ll rest and relax on the sofa.’

Flowing Qi or Flowing life force (Qi = energy/life force) has been ‘under development’ for many years, the fruit of its labour – fixing and nurturing my own health and wellness issues first and then being ready to pass on my knowledge and experience to others.
It has always been my passion/calling since I started on my Martial arts/Chinese medicine journey 25+ years ago to share these amazing arts that are not only for self-defense, body-conditioning, and legacies but also the healing benefits of these arts (body, mind & soul) – many of the practices that can be used as self-healing practices.
After years of study with numerous schools, inspirational teachers/masters, and mentors, with experimentation, experience, and most importantly – practice, I have found the combination of modalities that have totally changed and transformed my health, vitality and life and are changing others’ lives too.
I have expanded my studies to deep-dive into multiple facets of health from a holistic approach. I'm a certified Holistic Nutritional Health Coach (IIN), Certified Taichi Instructor (Master Liming Yue - Chen Style - Chen Zhenglei lineage), Qigong instructor (White Tiger Qigong & Shaolin), Mindfulness coach (Seetrue), Science of Stretching & Breathwork coach (YOGABODY), Massage therapist - therapeutic (focus on Meridians/Acupressure), Foundations of Chinese Medicine & Tuinia and am continuing my studies as a Fitness trainer/Nutritional weight management coach and more. I'm truly grateful and forever indebted to all those who have passed on their teachings and wisdom and continue to do so - and I now feel a responsibility as a custodian of these arts to share with others.
I continue with my personal development and studies with mentors and schools; ITCCA (Yang Taijiquan), White TIger Qigong School, Taichi Centre UK (Chen Taijiquan), Mimi Kuo-Deemers, Ken Cohen, Opleidingscentrum Kersten and Shaolin Temples and others.
